Terms and Conditions of Use – Shatz Studio

1. General and Business Details

1.1. Welcome to Shatz Studio (hereinafter: "the Website"), operated by Shatz Design Studio, licensed dealer/company number 200524684, whose registered address is Chlenov St. 42 Tel-Aviv (hereinafter: "the Website Operator"). 1.2. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any use, browsing, and purchase made by users on the Website (hereinafter: "the Customer" and/or "the User"), and constitute a binding contract for all intents and purposes between the User and the Website Operator. 1.3. Browsing the Website and/or purchasing a product and/or service offered for sale on it constitutes the User's agreement to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are requested to refrain from making any use of the Website. 1.4. The Website Operator reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. The binding version shall be the one published on the Website at the time the action is performed.

2. Prerequisites for Making Purchases on the Website

Purchasing on the Website is permitted for users who meet the following conditions: 2.1. The User is 18 years of age or older and legally competent to perform binding legal actions. 2.2. The User possesses a valid Israeli ID card or a valid foreign passport. 2.3. The User possesses a valid credit card (Israeli or international) issued by one of the recognized credit card companies, or holds an active account in another payment method approved on the Website. 2.4. The purchase is for personal and private use only and not for resale or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Website Operator.

3. The Purchase Process and Payment Clearing Security

3.1. The Website Operator offers various products for sale as they appear on the Website. Product images are for illustration purposes only, and minor discrepancies may occur between the appearance of the product in the image and the actual product. 3.2. The completion of the purchase process is contingent upon confirmation of the transaction by the credit card company and/or the clearing service provider. 3.3. Data Security and Clearing: The Website Operator does not store customers' credit card details on its servers. The entire clearing process and entry of payment data are carried out securely and encrypted via an external clearing company that complies with the strictest security standards required by credit card companies (PCI-DSS Standard).

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

4.1. The Website Operator will arrange for the delivery of products purchased on the Website to the address entered by the Customer during the ordering process. 4.2. Delivery times are up to 21 business days (Sundays through Thursdays, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and official holidays), unless stated otherwise on the product page. 4.3. The Website Operator shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, security situations, or activities of the external courier company.

5. Transaction Cancellation and Product Return Policy (In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law)

5.1. A customer is entitled to cancel a transaction for the purchase of a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the transaction disclosure document (whichever is later), in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law"). 5.2. Method of Cancellation Notice: Notice of transaction cancellation shall be delivered to the Website Operator via one of the following methods: by email to info@shatzdesign.com or by phone at 0542264326. 5.3. Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity in the product, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, as prescribed by law. 5.4. Product Return: It is the Customer's responsibility to return the product to the Website Operator in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by the Customer. 5.5. Exceptions to Cancellation: Transactions cannot be canceled for products manufactured specifically for the consumer (custom orders/customization), perishable products, or products that can be copied or duplicated whose original packaging has been opened.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights on the Website, including but not limited to: copyrights, website design, trademarks, texts, images, source code, specifications, and graphics, belong exclusively to the Website Operator (or to third parties who have granted use licenses). 6.2. No part of the Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or displayed without obtaining express written permission from the Website Operator.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The service on the Website is provided on an "As Is" basis. The Website Operator does not guarantee that the service on the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune to unauthorized access or technical faults. 7.2. The Website Operator shall bear no liability for any direct or indirect damage, distress, or financial loss incurred by the Customer or any third party due to the use of the Website or the purchase of products through it, exceeding the value of the purchased product.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. The Website Operator respects the privacy of users on the Website. 8.2. When performing an action on the Website (such as registration or purchase), the User will be requested to provide personal details (such as name, address, phone number, and email). These details are necessary for processing the order and delivering the products. 8.3. The information provided by the User will be stored in the Website's database. The Website Operator undertakes not to transfer, sell, or rent the users' details to third parties, except to shipping companies and the clearing company for the purpose of completing the transaction and delivery. 8.4. The Website may use "Cookies" for its ongoing operation, to improve the browsing experience, and for data security. 8.5. If the User has consented (by checking the designated checkbox), the Website Operator shall be permitted to send promotional mailings, updates, and offers from time to time. The User may remove themselves from the mailing list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the messages.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, and any dispute arising from them shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. 9.2. Exclusive jurisdiction regarding any matter relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Website shall be vested in the competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv
